For that matter, i'd suggest making an entire
movie with the hamster dance parody; you made a
good start there.
It was the best part of the whole thing.
Author's Response:
thanx, i was planning on expanding, but them i thought, the thing is called adam and steve, and the adam and steve part was the shortest part, but i think that hamster dance movie will be my next one

it would be more amusing if the first thing
drawn was something along the lines of a poodle.
Or maybe some yippy chihuahua that bites him.

Let's see...given the file size, it takes nearly
forever to load, and then, after the preloader,
the entire movie is a declaration of the
undisputable truth that four times four is
sixteen.
Cute prank. Save it for April 1st, will ya?

One of the big problems with taking someone
else's graphics and trying to use them in a flash
movie is that enlarging the picture to any
significant extent makes it poor; unless making
everything look like some artsy, fuzzy subject
is the aim, it detracts from the presentation.

Nice try, but there's something about a parody
of a parody that isn't quite as satisfying.
And it kinda dragged on. Actually, it was so
slow, i ended up rolling the cursor all over the
frame in the vain hope of finding an Easter egg
somewhere in the background. If the partial
nude of Germaine had stuck out its tongue when
i rolled over it, that would have raised my
overall rating of this by at least two points.
Author's Response:
haha I'll keep that in mind if I make another Neurotically Yours parody.

The movie is good, albeit short. I read the
scrolling commentary in the preloader; it's your
choice if you keep animating or not, and it's
your choice how you go about it (any particular
reason you refuse to use tweening?), but if you
are *not* tracing, then why give a flying fig
about the people who think that you do? It's
their problem, not yours, especially if they
can't provide evidence.

The sound was a bit muddy. Can you get a file
that sounds cleaner?
I like the Monty-Pythonesque animation, but i
think the movie would be improved by the addition
of more characters dancing; new characters and/or
clones of the knight.

A few things; this would have been better if
you had produced a music video of Tom Lehrer's
entire song, rather than cutting it short
like that.
Secondly, you really should give credit for the
audio for this flash movie.

"isn't NG about sharing *original* work?"
Let me put it this way: I think xiao xiao has
been done to death on NG, but i can still
appreciate a person taking the time to make his
own drawings (or skillfully edit public domain
images), create a plot (such as can be had with
that genre), and choose a suitable sound file
to go with it, make sure the movie functions
properly, etc. And, yeah, i realize that
your flash conversion ain't xiao xiao.
While what you've chosen to
convert is nice, my point is that it's not your
artwork or plot, so i'm not sure what the point
is of taking someone else's (prolly commercial)
work and filling up a portal space with it on NG.

adopted the name of Hitler later.
Author's Response:
