It doesn't matter if the majority isn't looking for such a thing (imo)... I mean, I'm submitting FL Tutorials, which aren't games, nor movies, but I passed with a score of 3.80.

But flash tutorials are slightly different- they demonstrate how to use flash and the knowledge in turn can be used to make flash that interests the author (i.e., tutorials have a wider, more general applicability and thus have a potentially larger audience).
